minor disappointments during stay
security strapcheap mattress
the small details disappointed me. the window had a security strap (it only opened a few inches). the foam mattress felt cheap and made me overheat. plus, i couldn't find an information pack in the room, so i didn't know about kitchen facilities (where were they?).

the room was beautiful. it had a good design and was very clean. the location were great, it was easy to reach many cafes and restaurants. they gave very accurate and clear instructions to get to the hotel and into the room. the staff also sent me a message with their number if i needed help.
i could not get to my room easily. i had to carry my suitcase up and down the stairs.

the rooms has a coffee machine with complimentary coffee and tea. bath towels are also plentiful in the room, and there is shampoo and conditioner for guest use in the shower.

The room was clean upon arrival. It WAS acceptable.
The room got REALLY hot, and there was no way to adjust the temperature. I could not open the window because it was stuck. This made sleeping difficult. I was REALLY uncomfortable.

The location was very central. It was away from festival noise. The room was clean and modern. The bathroom was nice and had a great shower.
There were no onsite facilities, but breakfast places are within 2 minutes walk.
